SPA delivers to its users an adaptable and cost effective resource for producing data driven documents. This template-based system can create multiple series of documents with a consistent and professional look, yet the software’s rules driven variations avoid sacrificing necessary flexibility in content and appearance.
Typically deployed as a turnkey system, SPA can be configured to support a custom document set in as few as five weeks. Though virtually no programming is required during deployment, the product is custom configured by Synthesis to align with each client’s specific design, data set, and output requirements. SPA is built around an intuitive, Web based interface, making documents and data readily accessible from the start.
The adaptive abilities of SPA allow the system to support importing data from accounting systems, spreadsheets, XML feeds and data warehouses, while external services (such as translation, print on demand, fulfillment operations, and website content management) are also easily integrated.
SPA further expands its capabilities as a complete workflow solution through improved flexibility and output facilities. The system allows sharing of content between documents and even document sets, and will create Web ready HTML pages in tandem with printable PDF files. SPA is similarly accommodating with its high quality EPS and GIF charting abilities, offering mountain charts, line charts, bar charts, pie charts, scatter charts, and map charts.
